RBC DEXIA

We were hired to launch the new RBC Dexia brand, externally and internally, throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Within a tight, eight-week timeline, we were asked to understand the new brand, prepare a launch plan and budget, and execute the launch. Following the launch, we became the vendor of record responsible for implementing the brand across all RBC Dexia marketing and communications collateral worldwide: planning, printing and worldwide distribution of reports, print advertising, motion graphics, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, event invitations, posters, banners, stationery, calendars, environmental and booth graphics, and swag—all with consistent messaging and brand expression.

TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE

Our agency was a vendor of record with the Toronto Stock Exchange for three years, producing a wide range of marketing and corporate communications.

TIAA-CREF

For three years, our agency was a vendor of record with TIAA-CREF’s insurance division, producing mailers, yearly reviews and life insurance communications.

INVESTORS GROUP

For three years, our agency was a vendor of record with Investors Group, producing advisor newsletters for custom publishing, as well as their annual report.

AON/ALIGHT

We were hired by Aon (now Alight) to design, edit and build custom websites (English and French) for an Aon client’s employee benefits programs (franchise and corporate). We’ve maintained and updated the sites since then. The ongoing changes we make are time-sensitive, requiring us to complete all the necessary revisions within a limited time frame so that employees have all the information they need to re-register for their benefits each year.

The maintenance process involves reviewing copy decks for dozens of updates, changes and edits, and incorporating these into the CMS with proper styling, punctuation and grammar. This process usually involves multiple rounds of revisions to each copy deck (4 different versions in total: English Corporate, English Franchise, French Corporate and French Franchise). We must review and track every change carefully to ensure accuracy.
